Roadmapping

The fourth section in the transformation cockpit is the roadmapping and is used to model the migration timeline.

Overview mode​

In the overview mode you can view the migration waves across all modelled application instances.

With the Add Wave button at the top right you can add a new migration wave to the roadmap. Clicking on an individual migration wave, will open the migration wave detail view.

Application-specific mode​

To add an unassigned application instance to a wave, select it from the list on left and click on the Select Wave button.

For apps that have already been assigned to a wave, the application view will show the assigned wave and its details.

Adding application instances to migration wave​

Clicking on a migration wave in the overview or app specific mode will open the migration wave detail view. At the bottom of the view you can find a list of application instances assigned in this wave. Click the Add App button to add a new application instance to the migration wave.

Removing applications from a migration wave​

To remove an application instance from a migration wave, just go to the application instance roadmap detail view and click on the remove button.
