CAST Highlight Data Source
This data source establishes a connection to CAST Highlight for importing application portfolio insights. Txture's CAST Highlight integration is capable of importing application portfolio insights from our partner CAST Highlight.
Connection configuration
The configuration requires the following parameters:
- Username - Your CAST Highlight username
- Password - Your CAST Highlight password
- Company ID - The ID of your company in CAST Highlight
Finding the company ID
Unfortunately the Company ID is a bit hard to obtain. Login to CAST Highlight and navigate to Companies → Audit. The displayed list has a column "Company" which contains integer company IDs. Collect all company IDs and add them to your data source configuration.

These values can be mapped to arbitrary properties in Txture. However, there are two assessment rules in the Transformation Cockpit that use specific values:
- Source Code Cloud Readiness which makes use of the
Cloud Readyvalue - Source Code Health using the
Software Healthvalue
Creating importers
After configuring the data source, you can create auto-configured importers to bring data from CAST Highlight into Txture.
