RVTools
RVTools is an application which uses VMware vSphere Management SDK and CIS REST API to display information about your virtual environments. It can list information about VMs, CPU, Memory, Disks, Partitions, Network, and among others.
The general workflow is to export data from RVTools to an Excel file. The Excel file is then transferred to Txture via one of the methods to transfer files:
- uploading directly to a file upload data source
- storing the file on a cloud storage service such as AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage
- storing the file on a folder accessible to the Txture instance
