Sharing Reports

Txture allows reports to be shared with external persons without Txture user accounts by using pre-authenticated URLs. Also, reports can be embedded in existing portal applications or wikis, i.e. via HTML Iframes.

The Share report dialog is accessible within the report using the share icon in the sidebar to the left or using the share icon on the report card on the Manage Reports page.

API tokens are used for authentication. The authentication section is only visible for users with the necessary admin permissions. URLs to reports can also be shared without pre-authentication via API tokens. In this case, it is necessary that the recipient has a Txture user account with the necessary permissions.
