Collecting diagnostics
By default, a Txture instance does not send any data outside your network!
However, if a problem occurs, a log file is created with valuable information on how the issue happened.
The log files are stored in the logs/reports/
subfolder of your txture_home
.
If you intend to submit a support ticket, these files might come in very handy in diagnosing the issues and providing a solution quickly.
The files are in JSON format and hence can be opened with any text editor in order to verify that no sensitive data is shared outside your organization.
