Table Report
The table report shows assets and their properties in a table. Each row shows one of the assets resolved by the query and each column shows either a property or a list of links.
Configuration
- Use the query to create custom queries.
- Use the
Show columns
menu to select properties or links to be shown in columns.
Asset detail sidebar
You can get more information about an asset by selecting it in the table and inspecting it in the asset detail sidebar.
Expanding rows
If an asset does not fit into a single table row, a caret () symbol is displayed on the left side of the row. Clicking on it will expand the row:
If you want to expand all rows in the table, use the button in the top left corner of the table.
Selecting rows
The table report offers various ways to select rows:
- Click on a row to select it. All previous selections will be cleared.
- With one row selected, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on a nearby row to select all rows in between.
- Holding down the Control key on your keyboard and clicking on a row will add this row to the selection. If the row was already selected, it will be removed from the selection instead.
- When a single row is selected, you can use the arrow keys ( / ) on your keyboard to select the next or previous row.
Styling
All configured conditional stylings are applied on the shown assets. Note that conditional styling rules can be applied globally and per report.
Exports
The table report has several options for exporting its data. The export option is located in the Menu in the top-right corner For more details on the export process, please refer to the dedicated page about exporting to CSV or Excel.
